Using its hard, stone-like arms, it smacks tree limbs to break them off and access sap. Once the sap flows, it sticks its beak in to drink greedily.
They descend from mountains by tumbling down steep slopes. Its long neck and elongated beak are ideal for catching prey in soil or water.
