Rokarp's circuits don't take too well to the ocean, so they are resigned to live solely in ornamental ponds. It's said they took up fusion to leave behind their weak bodies. Some say they can see fury in them for having been made a decorative fish.

Its swimming muscles are weak, so it is easily washed away by currents. Its body is composed of plasma.
