Vibraorb covers itself in a sticky fluid that allows it to roll up poles and onto power lines. Thanks to the nearby electrical current, it can stay suspended on the line for long periods of time and easily strike down its prey: bird Pokémon.
It bears an uncanny and unexplained resemblance to a Pok? Ball. It looses ultrasonic waves by rubbing its wings together.
