Venosaur have conflicting internal sleep schedules that cause them to fall asleep often. They are most active during the dawn and dusk where they can still absorb sunlight without being overwhelmed by their desire to rest.

To support its bulb, Venosaur's legs grow sturdy. Its coat of thin, stiff hair that covers its entire body is said to have evolved for protection.
