During a full moon, Nidofa's poison is strong enough to knock out a Charizard. During the rest of the lunar cycle, its poison is rather weak, only becoming potent during specific phases of the moon.
On nights with many shooting stars, Nidofa can be seen dancing in a ring. Its highly toxic barbs are thought to have developed as protection for this small-bodied Pokémon.
