Tauwick are very territorial and will viscously whip anyone who comes near. The whips can get quite hot and will leave nasty burn-like scars on the victim's body.
While shining a light and pretending to be a guide, it leeches off the life force of any who follow it. It is not satisfied unless it is rampaging at all times.
