When fully evolved the flower on a Venuseed's back reaches the size of a large dinner plate. A Venuseed's flower also produces a pollen that elicits an allergic reaction in all people.
They stick their spikes into cave walls and absorb the minerals they find in the rock. Venuseed's flower is said to take on vivid colors if it gets plenty of nutrition and sunlight.
