Mansea spits bubbles while jumping out of water, using them to stay airborne as long as possible. The bubbles also help cushion its landings should it land on a hard surface.

By cleverly flicking the fins on its back side to side, it moves in any direction while facing forward. On sunny days, schools of Mansea can be seen elegantly leaping over the waves.
