Previously residing in cyberspace, Wootom now actively seeks out Trainers to befriend in the real world. Once it finds a Trainer it likes, it won't leave them alone. Ever.

When startled, Wootom causes sudden ebullition in nearby water, releasing steam and static. It often slips into household appliances, especially humidifiers, which it uses to create soothing fogs or play harmless pranks on unsuspecting Trainers.

Its body is composed of plasma. Wootom usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally.
