The bulb growing on its back can absorb impurities from the water, though if Magisaur isn't careful, it risks becoming poisoned itself. Its vines are too thin to lift objects, so they simply dangle from its body without a purpose.
Magisaur can be seen napping in bright sunlight. Its swimming muscles are weak, so it is easily washed away by currents.
