Although Shuchop do not naturally have the great strength, they have remarkable endurance, and train strenuously to bulk up. At the end of a long workout, they drink Berry Juice with added salt to replenish their energy.

It continually undertakes strenuous training to master all forms of martial arts. A Shuchop hides under rocks, keeping its body concealed inside its shell while eating stored berries.
