The anemone on Octisect's back is large enough to restrict its movements. Octisect uses its suction cups to anchor the anemone in place while it catches its own food and is then fed with any leftovers it can spare.
Octisect are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients. It ensnares its foe with its suction- cupped tentacles before delivering the finishing blow.
