Frogper are very mischievous; they constantly move their Trainer's belongings or squirt them with water. However, if another Pokémon threatens them, they will stand and face the threat, no matter the danger to them.
Frogper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. It can throw bubble-covered pebbles with precise control, hitting empty cans up to a hundred feet away.
