Electikarp can touch the tips of its two whiskers against foes to discharge high-voltage electricity. Although it will also shock itself, this seems to only accelerate the speed at which it swims about.
Its swimming muscles are weak, so it is easily washed away by currents. It pushes the tips of its two tails against the foe, then lets loose with over 20,000 volts of power.
