Electarill's legs are too small for it to move effectively, so it walks around on its muscular arms. While its arms are preoccupied with movement, it slams its electrically charged tail into the ground in battle, creating stunning shockwaves.

Its tail, which is packed with nutrition, is very bouncy like a rubber ball. When a storm approaches, it competes with others to scale heights that are likely to be stricken by lightning.
