Pelirelp's large beak allows it to store a large amount of poison to exhale. Once it has stunned a creature with a huge cloud of toxic mist, it gulps them down whole in its oversized maw.
Camouflaged as rotten kelp, they spray liquid poison on prey that approaches unawares and then finish it off. It skims the tops of waves as it flies.
