Odd rock formations with fairly simple compositions have been reported to shift during investigations. These formations have recently been discovered to be Kecnix, using the colors and textures of rocks to hide their stripes.
Kecnix's metal-plated exterior protects its less durable body from attacks. However, these plates aren't the strongest and will chip and crack as it burrows.
There is a magnet in its brain that prevents an POKENAME from losing direction while tunneling. A Pokémon that has the ability to alter its body colors to match its surroundings.
