Upon evolving, Hounper leave their pack to seek other evolved Hounper. These packs are far more ferocious, as each member knows its place. They spit a toxic, adhesive gel at prey to slow movement.

Hounper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. In a Hounper pack, the one with its horns raked sharply back serves a leadership role.
