The feathers on Ditlup slowly fall off, making it look like it is dripping. As more feathers come off it struggles to deal with the cold and so migrates away from the poles to warmer temperatures. During evolution, it somehow regains its feathers.
Because it is very proud, it hates accepting food from people. A POKENAME rearranges its cell structure to transform itself.
