Abandoned shipwrecks that are clean despite their age are likely home to Dhelskit, as they feast on algae and other sea plants. They stab their harpoon-like legs into sturdy metal when currents become rough.

Because Dhelskit are so often found near sunken shipwrecks, many still believe they are born of souls lost at sea. Even small craft lost within lakes have often served as homes for these Pokémon.

They gather on puddles after evening downpours, gliding across the surface of water as if sliding. The soul of seaweed adrift in the waves became reborn as this Pokémon.
