A shy Pokémon that was first discovered in the wild in eastern Kanto, Cushrew uses its skull for defense, as it is much stronger than its comparatively tender skin. It collects and sharpens objects it discovers to use as weapons or tools.
When it curls up in a ball, it can make any attack bounce off harmlessly. It pines for the mother it will never see again.
