Its entire body is coated in a bone-like rock. Archaeologists once unearthed a slumbering Cunix by mistake, believing it to be a large fossil.
Despite its size, Cunix is gentle and non-confrontational. It prefers gently nudging or batting away problems with the bone on its tail rather than using its massive stone-and-bone-covered body.
Contrary to popular belief, the white material covering Cunix's body is not bone but a rock with a texture similar to Chalky Stone. Its tail, however, is actual bone and much more brittle.
There is a magnet in its brain that prevents an POKENAME from losing direction while tunneling. It pines for the mother it will never see again.
