The voluminous cotton growing from Cottontle's bark allows it to float over long distances. It can even do this while sleeping, staying airborne for hours at a time.

Cottontle's back is sturdy and comfortable, meaning it can be used to transfer injured Pokémon and people to where they can be healed, all while keeping them stable and in as little pain as possible.

It lives along water in forests. They go wherever the wind takes them.
