When groups of Bidoof have trouble building a dam due to rushing currents, Bilord swims in to temporarily block the water for them to build. Afterwards, Bilord enjoys splashing around in the newfound large body of water.
It breathes through nostrils that it raises above the sea. With nerves of steel, nothing can perturb it.
