When Charsea feels particularly threatened, it combines its Water and Fire-type attacks to create a cloud of steam between itself and its foes, allowing it to escape. It often uses its wing-shaped fins to glide across the water's surface.

By cleverly flicking the fins on its back side to side, it moves in any direction while facing forward. A Charsea flies about in search of strong opponents.
