Found in wetlands, Woobell spend most of their lives half-submerged in mud, remaining totally still as they wait for prey to wander close. To lure targets, they produce a Vivid Scent that clings to their body, drawing in Pokémon from far and wide.
The long vine extending from its head is waved about as if it were a living thing to attract prey. Woobell usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally.
