Because of its lack of teeth, Weepintung spews out an acidic liquid to dissolve its food. It struggles to move around, so it spends most of the day lying on its belly and absorbing sunlight with its leaves.

Whenever it sees something unfamiliar, it always licks the object because it memorizes things by texture and taste. At night, a Weepintung hangs on to a tree branch with its hooked rear and sleeps.
