When large waves abruptly form, it is likely Warpert creating them in order to surf. By adjusting their ears they can ride any wave, no matter how tough it can be.
If it senses the approach of a storm and a tidal wave, it protects its seaside nest by piling up boulders. Its large tail is covered with rich, thick fur that deepens in color with age.
