The pollen that comes from the flowers sprouting out of Venuturn is both hydrophobic and luminescent. Venuturn leave a glowing trail in their wake as they swim thanks to this pollen, creating the illusion that they are swimming through a night sky.
The light-emitting orbs on its back are very bright. Venuturn's flower is said to take on vivid colors if it gets plenty of nutrition and sunlight.
