Venoeon are active swimmers at night and chase after other nocturnal Pokémon. They are rarely found outside of a body of water because their skin dries out when they are not submerged in water.
Venoeon underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater. Venoeon are nocturnal--they only are active at night.
