Torplume carries a toxic garden on its back, where only a few resistant insects and Bug Pokémon can thrive. Each one hosts a unique ecosystem, and creatures living there spend their entire lives without leaving it, safe from external threats.
In seasons when it produces more pollen, the air around a Torplume turns yellow with the powder as it walks. Small Pokémon occasionally gather on its unmoving back to begin building their nests.
