Togerachi is often considered an embodiment of pure joy and innocence that can detect, and will avoid, strife. It is capable of granting wishes, though typically only does so for children as they are usually just as pure and innocent as Togerachi is.

Togerachi is said to make wishes come true. It will never appear where there is strife.
