With its protective layer shattered, Minieye hastily hunts down rocky Pokémon to eat to stave off its body burning up and fading away. Reforming its rocky coat will protect it for some time, but the shell is unstable and steadily crumbles.
It digs branching holes in caves using its sharp claws in search of food--raw gems. Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy.
