Paradrill latches onto large prey with its claws and then injects them with mushroom spores from its stinger. It then watches to see if the victim will be strong enough to become a new host for the mushroom or will be too weak and become food.
A Paradrill is extremely territorial. Paradrill are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients.
