The sticky webbing between Joltler's antlers is used to catch a bevy of small insects. Joltler itself doesn't eat them but offers them to other Pokémon in exchange for being able to suck static electricity from them.

Joltler graze in packs, rubbing against each other to charge electricity. If something touches it, it will expel all the stored electricity to paralyze its target and run away.

Joltler's magnificent antlers were once traded at high prices as works of art. They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch.
