Magnerill uses a mixture of magnetism, electricity and extendable claws to disorient and capture targets. Once seized, it simply observes them closely before releasing them; its motivations for doing so are still unknown.
It lives in water virtually all day long. It evolved from exposure to a special magnetic field.
