Adapted to live in extremely hot conditions, Slugper produces a gel that evaporates to cool it, similar to sweating. The gel has a much higher specific heat capacity than water, allowing a single drop to absorb as much heat as a litre of water.
Slugper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. It is a species of Pokémon that lives in volcanic areas.
