Wooling live close to the poles. They are diurnal and only sleep when it is dark, which means they stay awake for up to 22 hours a day in mid-summer. The edges of their eyes go crusty due to this, so they produce a liquid to keep them hydrated.
These friendly Pokémon send signals to one another with beautiful chirps and tail-feather movements. Wooling usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally.
