Vultret usually uses its tail to hang from the branches of the trees it lives in. It is very protective of it and spends many hours each day keeping it clean. When cold, it blows small flames from its mouth and curls up on embers to stay warm.
They take turns standing guard when it is time to sleep. It can freely control fire, making fiery orbs fly like will-o'-the-wisps.
