Volreon use their clear tails to communicate, lighting them up with chemical reactions in the filaments within to produce light and heat. Their similarity to lightbulbs has lead some to theorize they might've inspired their invention.
Volreon's fluffy fur releases heat into the air so that its body does not get excessively hot. With their taillights lit, Volreon fly in a swarm, drawing geometric designs in the night sky.
