Vilekhan fiercely protects its young, carrying them in their pouch where they are shaded by their giant flower. When danger approaches, it releases sleep-inducing pollen while fleeing with surprising speed.

If you come across a young Vilekhan playing by itself, never try to catch it. In seasons when it produces more pollen, the air around a Vilekhan turns yellow with the powder as it walks.
