Venophox are irresistibly attracted to light, slipping through open windows to steal lamps from homes, carrying them wherever they go. Their fur sheds constantly and lingers in the houses they've raided for days, causing irritation.
It gazes into the flame at the tip of its branch to achieve a focused state, which allows it to see into the future. Venophox are nocturnal--they only are active at night.
