Trubeon is said to have evolved after they discovered a large patch of garbage floating in the middle of the ocean. It has begun taking in the trash as part of its body, much to the delight of itself and the disgust of its Trainer.
Trubeon underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater. The combination of garbage bags and industrial waste caused the chemical reaction that created this Pokémon.
