Trubre spends the night stuffing the bags it carries on its head with garbage to stay dirty and smelly. If someone tries to wash it clean, it bursts into tears and immediately searches for new filth to roll in.
In the evening, it takes great delight in popping out of rivers and startling people. The combination of garbage bags and industrial waste caused the chemical reaction that created this Pokémon.
