The tree on Torplup's back constantly produces new bark. Using the sharp, icy blades on its arms, it strips away older layers and fashions them into sturdy wooden armor that protects its body.
It lives alone, away from others. Small Pokémon occasionally gather on its unmoving back to begin building their nests.
