Togeplume skip lightly through meadows, using their broad petals to catch the breeze and drift dozens of meters at a time. They can often be seen befriending Skiploom, playing with them whenever the wind picks up.
In seasons when it produces more pollen, the air around a Togeplume turns yellow with the powder as it walks. It will never appear where there is strife.
