Tentarill sleep on the ocean floor, exposing their shiny red, orb-shaped tail. Divers often mistake their tail for something valuable, so when they pluck poor Tentarill from its sleep, it will cry loudly, sometimes causing whirlpools.

Its tail, which is packed with nutrition, is very bouncy like a rubber ball. It lives in complex rock formations on the ocean floor and traps prey using its 80 tentacles.
