Sunsaur have darkened pigmentation because of the seeds in their pores that grow across their entire body. These seeds absorb chlorophyll and leave behind a naturally dark brown hue.
Sunsaur's flower is said to take on vivid colors if it gets plenty of nutrition and sunlight. Sunsaur try to minimize movement to conserve the nutrients they have stored in their bodies for evolution.
