Sunxen spends as much time in the sunlight as it can. The more solar energy it absorbs, the more pyrotechnic feats it can perform with the twigs it gathers up each day.
When the twig is plucked from its tail, friction sets the twig alight. Sunxen try to minimize movement to conserve the nutrients they have stored in their bodies for evolution.
