Polidos spins silk stronger than steel beams, which it uses for its web and workout bars. When prey becomes stuck in its web, it spins in a circle to calm them with its spiraling markings, before pummeling them into submission with its fists.
Its feet are tipped with tiny hooked claws that enable it to scuttle on ceilings and vertical walls. Its highly developed muscles never grow fatigued, however much it exercises.
